How to clean water pump?

The water pump is an independent and removable accessory. It is recommended to clean it once a week, including the filter cotton, which affects the service life of the water pump. Please note that the circuit part and external controller must be kept dry.

How long does it last on a single charge?

Calculated based on 20 times/day in induction mode, it can be used for about 75 days, with more induction changes. The battery life is for reference only.

How to tell if it is fully charged?

It usually takes about three hours to fully charge. The red light always lights up when charging and turns off when fully charged.

Why doesn’t the water dispenser dispense water after it is turned on?

Check whether the water volume meets the minimum water level. The default sensing mode of the water dispenser can be switched to geyser mode by pressing the on/off key to see if the water is flowing normally.
